Deer cave - Grotta dei cervi

In south of Italy, not far from Otranto, a neolithic cave have been discovered, that have been named by the National Geographic in the past “the neolithic sistine chapel”. Located at  40°04′58″N  18°29′06″E, speleologists (it’s not open to the public) have documented around 3600 “pictograms”, painted using bat guano and ochre, depicting deer’s hunting scenes, cimbals, spirals. Fondly related to this mystical place, the artist have chosen few graffiti, turning it into body accessories and decorative tiles, with a rocky texture and matt silver finishing, in a modular form.
